What is homehelp?
Teachers at our client schools often ask us for help with their home PCs and laptops. Now we have expanded this service to Preston households and we call it "homehelp". No fuss, no commission, no hard sell.

Phone any time from 9am to 9pm including weekends to ask our advice or make an appointment for a homehelp visit. If you reach our messaging service, please leave a message - we always return calls, often within the hour.
Flexible Appointments
Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends - we work anytime from 9am to 9pm to suit you. We will always agree a specific time with you so that you are not wasting time waiting around. Our prices are the same whatever the day or time of day.
Impartial Advice
RS infotech is not a retail agent and we are not on commission, so we are able to provide impartial advice along with our technical services, tutorials and consultancy. We only charge for our advice if it involves considerable research and/or written reports, which of course we would agree in advance.
Skill & Experience
Your homehelp technician will be a Microsoft Certified Professional. We use the same skills and experience for our homehelp service that we use for our major school clients.
Guaranteed Prices
We have fixed prices for a wide range of jobs so that you know exactly what it will cost before committing yourself - no nasty surprises! And all our homehelp prices already include VAT.
Our homehelp hourly rates are generally lower than our school ICT support rates, but these services are contractually not directly comparable.
