Competitive Hourly Rates
We don't set out to compete on price, however our prices continue to remain very competitive with the Westfield Centre’s. In fact hour-for-hour we charge significantly less in virtually every scenario. And since our overheads are lower, there is every reason to believe that we will be able to maintain this position.

Regular Support Sessions
Regular means at least 3 Sessions per term. There is no contractual minimum, instead the Per Day/Half Day prices are charged if fewer Sessions are taken and you are charged/credited the difference as appropriate.

A week is any 5 contiguous weekday bookings, with extra days charged pro-rata.

Our holiday rates are negotiable. Clients can expect to pay 10% less during main school holidays, 25% more at weekends, and up to 40% more during half terms, depending on demand.
Prices for network cabling work are quoted on a per-job basis and will usually include all materials, passive components and trunking of visible cables. Active devices such as network switches are procured as below, unless the school wishes to buy them in themselves.
Our Policy
We are not primarily a retailer, but when we sell products to a School we normally charge the School our source supplier’s publicly advertised retail price including delivery charges, plus a fixed procurement fee for each order drafted or placed (if not done on site). We do not add any markup or commission, so you can be sure that our advice is based on your interests rather than ours.
